Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to states within the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
We are happy to accept international orders offline - please see our FAQ for more information if you are a customer outside of the USA and wish to purchase any of our items.

We currently offer shipping by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground
The desired shipping option is selected during the checkout process and the shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the value of your order (see the table below). ----------------------------------------How long will my order take to arrive?
USPS First Class: 1-5 Business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business days
UPS Ground: 1-3 Business days

We appreciate that sometimes, shipping and handling costs can take up a large proportion of small orders. At PreciousRox, we strive to keep our costs to an absolute minimum in order that customers wanting to make small jewelry purchases are not unduly penalized.
However, please bear in mind that the costs shown below also include the time required by us to locate, inspect, pack and physically deliver orders.
We charge a simple flat fee based on the value of your order:

Note:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total before tax (if applicable), and after discount coupons have been applied.
If your order contains Gift Vouchers as well as other jewelry items, we do not include the price of Gift Vouchers when the shipping cost is calculated.
Gift Vouchers are stored in your personal account and incur no delivery charge.
Shipping costs are deemed a taxable service by New York state, so are included in the tax calculation (if you are purchasing from New York).
----------------------------------------What is your returns policy?
We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction, although we understand that sometimes things can go wrong and you will need to return your order to us.
The first step is to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please E-mail: returns@preciousrox.com, quoting your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return and your contact details.
We should be able to issue you an RMA number within 24 hours.
Once you have received your RMA number, please ship your items back to us - our mailing address can be found on our Contact Us page.
Please note:
We can only accept returns within 10 business days of delivery.
We cannot pay return shipping costs and are not liable for items lost in transit (insuring all returns is the responsibility of the customer).
Items that are received in a damaged condition due to improper packaging or general mistreatment will not be accepted (we recommend re-using the original packaging).
Items that have been altered or modified in any way from their original form will not be accepted.
Please ensure the RMA number is clearly displayed on your package.
Refunds:
We cannot refund the original shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 10% (of total item cost) is charged for returns of non-defective merchandise.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion, although all refund requests will always be handled in a fair and courteous manner.
If your order is being returned due to an error by PreciousRox, we will rectify and re-ship at no further cost, plus provide a complimentary gift voucher to the value of your return shipping costs (up to a maximum of $5). |
